Cancellation Policy

At Sri Sugan Silver, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order due to unexpected reasons.
We aim to make the cancellation process simple, transparent, and fair to both our customers and artisans.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once your cancellation is approved, we’ll initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
- If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you may still refuse the delivery upon arrival.
- In this case, the return shipping fee and handling charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Note: Once the package is delivered and opened, the order will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery
- Orders for customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
- These items are crafted exclusively for you, and materials are prepared immediately after confirmation.
4. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only by contacting our team.
- Frequent COD cancellations may result in temporary suspension of COD service for that customer.
- Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled or refused without valid reason.
5. Refund Timeline
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Sri Sugan Silver’s Rights
- We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order in case of:
- Payment failure or incomplete transaction
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Unavailability of the product due to stock limitations or quality issues
In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed if payment has been made.
