How can I place an order on SriSuganSilver?

Ordering is simple. Browse through our collections, select the jewellery you love, choose the right size (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to checkout, fill in your details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll get an email confirmation immediately.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We usually ship within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders reach within 5–7 business days. For custom-made designs, the timeline will be shared with you during the order process.

Can I track my order after placing it?

Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this link to monitor the status of your package in real-time until it reaches you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we serve only within India to ensure faster delivery and safe handling of jewellery. However, we are working on international shipping options soon.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damaged package. We will investigate and either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation

What payment methods are available on your website?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and wallets. For select pin codes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

Is it safe to pay online on SriSuganSilver?

Absolutely. All transactions are routed through secure payment gateways with encryption to protect your data. We never store your card details, ensuring complete safety.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?

Don’t worry. In such cases, banks usually reverse the payment within 3–5 working days. If you still don’t see the refund, reach out to us with the transaction ID and we’ll help you resolve it quickly.

Do you charge any extra fees apart from the product price?

No hidden charges. The final amount shown at checkout is inclusive of taxes. Only shipping charges may apply if your order value doesn’t meet the free-shipping limit.

Can I get EMI or installment options?

At present, we do not have EMI options, but we are exploring this feature for the future to make your jewellery shopping easier.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all authenticity certificates and bills.

How do I initiate a return?

To request a return, simply email our support team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for courier pickup if eligible.

How long does it take to process refunds?

Once your returned product reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

Are all items eligible for return?

No. Custom-made jewellery, engraved items, and products bought during clearance sales are not eligible for return. Regular catalogue items can be returned.

Can I exchange a product instead of getting a refund?

Yes, if you’d like to exchange your product for another design or size, we’ll be happy to arrange it. Just mention “exchange” in your request.

Are your products made with real silver?

Yes. All our products are crafted with 92.5 sterling silver and come with hallmarked certification, ensuring authenticity and purity.

Will my silver jewellery tarnish over time?

Silver naturally reacts with air and moisture, which may cause tarnishing. But don’t worry — regular cleaning with a soft cloth or silver polish will restore its shine easily.

How do I take care of my silver jewellery?

Store each piece separately in an airtight pouch or box. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Clean gently after every use to keep your jewellery looking new.

Do you provide warranty or certification with jewellery?

Yes, every piece comes with a purity certificate. While silver doesn’t usually need a warranty, we stand by our craftsmanship and provide customer support if you face any issues.

Can I customize a design?

Definitely. We take custom orders for specific designs, engravings, or personalized gifts. Reach out to us with your idea, and our team will bring it to life

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Currently, we operate online to reach customers across India. However, we are planning to open physical outlets soon. Updates will be shared on our website and social media.
