At Sri Sugan Silver, every jewellery piece is crafted and inspected with care before dispatch.
We value your trust and strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying.
This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through https://srisugansilver.in/.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not liking the design.”
  • Since silver jewellery is a delicate and handcrafted product, minor variations in polish, texture, or pattern are natural and not considered defects.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us via email at hello@srisugansilver.in or call +91 7904741057 within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear product images (including packaging).
  3. Once verified, our team will share the return shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back through a reliable courier (preferably the one used for delivery).

⚠️ Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For any other reason, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it for:

  • Product condition (unused and untampered)
  • Original packaging and tags

After inspection, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment (Bank/UPI/Card).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your refund is initiated.

If your payment method doesn’t support auto-refund (e.g., COD), our team will contact you for bank transfer details.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only for defective or wrong items received.
Exchanges for size, color, or design variations are not applicable, as all jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made in limited quantities.

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized jewellery
  • Personalized or engraved pieces
  • Gift cards or gift vouchers
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank or payment account.
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider — it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
  • If the issue persists, please contact us at hello@srisugansilver.in with your transaction details.
