This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, pack, and deliver your jewellery.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
- After dispatch, you will receive a shipment tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
During festivals or sale periods, processing time may be slightly longer due to higher order volume.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India using trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart, and other reputed logistics services.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000 (within India).
- A nominal delivery fee may apply for smaller orders, depending on location.
- All shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Packaging and Safety
Every piece of jewellery from Sri Sugan Silver is packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Products are securely packed in tamper-proof boxes.
- Fragile items are wrapped with protective material.
- For gifting, premium packaging options are available on request.
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or from the tracking link shared with you.
7. Delays and Exceptions
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or natural calamities
- Remote delivery locations
- Unavailability of recipient during delivery
We will keep you informed of any unexpected delays via email or phone.
8. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will:
- Notify you immediately, and
- Reship the order once the correct address and reshipping fee (if applicable) are confirmed.
9. Change of Shipping Address
If you wish to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at hello@srisugansilver.in within 24 hours of order placement.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
